A bit more about the courses (click on the course name for further information):

  • Castle Stuart – a new and much vaunted course, venue for the 2011, 2012, and 2013 Scottish Open, and recently rated No. 56 in “Golf Magazine’s Top 100 Courses in the World”
  • Royal Dornoch-Championship Course – whose remote location is probably the sole reason it is not on the Open Championship rotation, rated in the number 4 in the “100 Best Courses Outside the United States” by Golf Digest in 2012
  • Tain – an excellent links not far from Royal Dornoch
  • Nairn-Championship Course – one of the great Scottish links
  • Moray-Old Course – a vintage Tom Morris links with superb views

Testimonials

“The caddy I got was just great.  Turns out he was turning 65 soon.  He told me about the history of the courses, the town and, after seeing me hit them, kept me from using some of my clubs!”
