They explained everything up front on how it would work and they delivered every step of the way. Went on 9 day trip to Scotland with 7 people and it all went like clockwork. All tee times and caddies were booked, transfers showed up on time and Pioneer was even able to accommodate a last minutes request to change the transfer time. Highly recommend and will use again.

Excellent customer service and arrangements for our bucket list golf trip to Scotland! Very well organized, great communications leading up to our departure and local drivers were fantastic with good recommendations on non golf activities and places to eat. Book early so you get the tee times you want!

Rarely does a company over-deliver on its promises but Katie did; Regular email or phone calls prior to our trip and text or emails during the trip.

Pioneer Golf is first class. They put together a bucket list trip for myself, family and friends that was second to none. The transportation and logistics, accommodations and the golf courses were amazing and the coordination provided by the team made the entire trip seamless. Can't say enough about the team at Pioneer golf and already looking forward to having them plan our next golf trip.

The pioneer golf team did a great job helping us plan a bucket list golf trip to Scotland. The courses they recommended were majestic and the accommodations they set you up with are perfect for four dudes who travel together for golf trips. Pioneer recommended a private driver for the trip and boy oh boy was that the best money spent. We got to all of our destinations on time and safely. I couldn’t imagine anyone from the golf trip being able to drive to the course first thing in the morning after a long night at the pubs after walking a ton of holes playing golf. We started planning our Ireland golf trip with pioneer while on our Scotland trip. I highly suggest using pioneer for your next epic golf adventure.

This was one of the most incredible and epic trips I've ever taken, and want to thank Pioneer for all their effort and hard work along the way. They worked with us to understand our needs, requirements, and "nice-to-haves," and built an itinerary around that. There were a few back and forths as we ironed out the details and ultimately settled on the final agenda. But that wasn't it, they had periodic follow-ups as the trip got closer and closer, providing key information that we'd need in order to make trip happen, including required documentation, recommendations on food and drink, driver and housing details, each time getting us more and more excited for the journey. While we were there then were in touch with us throughout, answering questions and helping out along the way. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need, and were always our advocates. Our driver for the week, affectionately known as "Uncle Paul," was the VIP of the whole week. I'd give him six stars if they let me. The whole thing was so well done that we finalized a follow-up trip to Ireland for 2027 within a week of coming home. Can't wait to see what's in store for us next!

Pioneer planned a golf trip to Scotland for eight of us. Everything was flawless. They were able to get us on the Old Course without lotteries, provided great intel on restaurants and pubs, gave us a great driver in Andy (who even got us last minute reservations at Little Italy in St. Andrews on a Saturday night), and generally made this trip smoother than glass and worry free.

Our Scottish golf trip was awesome! The only way to describe the job Pioneer Golf did for our group is “perfect”. The transportation, accommodations, dining and of course the golf arrangements were all awesome!

Pioneer Golf far exceeded our expectations. Johnny was essential in helping me choose the best courses and place to stay in our planning phase, Katie and her team attended to all the details and answered any of my questions promptly, and our drivers while there, particularly Joe and Miles, we were wonderful and helped us find other places to stay and things to do. My husband is a huge golfer, so this was a gift for his 40th birthday and Dublin and the courses we played here (Royal Dublin, Portmarnock, and The Island) did not disappoint, with The Island being a surprise standout thanks to our double bag caddies, Paul and Ben, who were fantastic. Couldn’t say enough great things about this company and I will certainly use them in the future.

Pioneer golf was great. Helped us get organized before and during the trip and made it very easy. Their transportation service in country was awesome and picked out some great accommodations. Will use again!
