No, you may only submit one application per foursome. St Andrews checks for names submitted on more than one application and will disqualify those applications.
The application must be submitted any time during the day the process opens and the day it closes. There is no advantage to submitting your the application on the first day versus the final day since it’s not based on a first-come, first-served basis.
