Lead Golfer Agreement 2022 GTT

I acknowledge that Pioneer Golf will begin making reservations on the group’s behalf once all initial deposits are received, which may include submitting payments to vendors overseas that are non-refundable, and should I choose at a later date to change or cancel some components of my trip, these payments may be forfeited. I recognize that any changes to my party size and itinerary including adding/removing courses, hotels, or people, as well as any upgrades, could result in a price change. I represent that I am authorized to make decisions with respect to all aspects of this trip on behalf of all group members. I confirm that I have or will share this proposal and its terms and conditions (including the provision that all payments are non-refundable) with all members of the group. I recognize that Pioneer Golf, Inc will not provide services or hold reservations for any group members that have not registered for the trip. I certify that the above information is correct, and that I accept the proposal referred to above and its Terms and Conditions.
