Who this course is best for:

A golfer who would enjoy a short boat ride to the Isle of Arran, off the southwest coast. Perhaps the world’s most renowned short course from an architectural perspective.

Overview:

Shiskine Golf & Tennis Club was founded in 1896 and is located in the village of Blackwaterfoot, on the beautiful west coast of the Isle of Arran. Stunning scenery, a warm welcome and a fabulous 12 hole links course that will take your breath away. These are the ingredients that make Shiskine one of the finest Clubs in this part of Scotland.

There are 2 burns crossing the course and it is a little up and down but overall a stunning course in an unforgettable location.

“This is seaside golf in its rawest, prettiest and most natural form.”

Scotland testimonial 2012

Testimonials

“my rounds at the Old Course & Carnoustie were the most enjoyable and fun rounds of golf I have ever had…….and played my best on these 2 days.  Carnoustie is absolutely the hardest course I have ever played.  I was in only 1 bunker on the Old Course……but it was the Road Hole Bunker…….out in 2 though…….less than David Duval.”
